Returns

Beyondadornment.com guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 14 days of order receipt on most items*.  **We cannot accept returns of product marked "non-returnable".

Return via Mail:

To return an item for any reason within 14 days of order receipt:

• Email our Customer Service department at info@beyondadornment.com

Subject: Return authorization needed 

Body of email: Order ID number 

Reason for return 

Item(s) you are returning

Pending approval, a return authorization number and return label will be emailed to you within 48-72 hours.

Once your return authorization is received:

• Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely. 
• Enclose a copy of your packing slip. 
• Affix the label that we emailed to you and ship the package.
  • Be sure to apply adequate postage.
  • We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility, please save your tracking information so you can follow up with the vendor you shipped with. 

Our Returns Department will issue your credit within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

The Fine Print

All online returns and billing questions must be resolved within 14 days of order receipt.

Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used. If you used a gift card to make your purchase, credit will be issued back to the gift card.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
